Still in Napanee... This is the 'historic' Paisley Hotel, established 1861.

A search on Google only found two references; one to the Napanee punk band "Last Call", and to the fact that "John ???? disapeared, being last seen going into the Paisley Hotel in Napanee on his way back to Skye for a visit. It was believed that he had been murdered".

I've never been inside, so I can't say if that history is missing anything important, or if it sums up the Paisley.
