Basketball in the snow

An old basketball, out in our backyard. All I did with this shot on the computer is fix the white balance; I slightly overexposed it with the camera and the Lensbaby.

Not to sound too grand, but this picture seems a good example of the Japanese Wabi-Sabi aesthetic.

This is my long standing photoblog - think Instagram before Instagram. Back in 2004 I bought a Canon digital 10D with a great lens, and thought I'd force myself to take lots of pictures. The site contains more than 1,300 photos, so safe to say I have the quantity part taken care of.
