Lion on Old Brompton Road

A lion outside the Royal British Society of Sculptors in 'Dora House' on Old Brompton Road. The first time we went past this beautiful old building we totally missed it; it is right next door to the one and only gas station we saw in London. The house was built in 1820, with some remodelling in 1855-6.

This is my long standing photoblog - think Instagram before Instagram. Back in 2004 I bought a Canon digital 10D with a great lens, and thought I'd force myself to take lots of pictures. The site contains more than 1,300 photos, so safe to say I have the quantity part taken care of.
